LSM Charts a Path to 2030! |
The LSM Board of Directors approved LSM’s FY 2024-2030 Strategic Plan, Our Path to 2030, on June 8. The result of in-depth conversations with LSM staff, alumni, donors, and community partners, the plan focuses on strengthening LSM’s community relationships, financial foundation, and tactical operations as we continue to support our growing alumni base and address the needs of Southern Maryland. The plan outlines three key goals: - Goal One: Increase LSM’s Visibility and Value Proposition
- Goal Two: Increase LSM’s Community Engagement
- Goal Three: Increase LSM’s Revenue to Support Our Growing Alumni Base
Special thanks to Strategic Planning Committee members Kimberly Rosenfield, LSM ‘10 (Chair), Lisa Clark, LSM ‘14, Michelle Goodwin, LSM ‘10, Dan Palmieri, LEAP ‘22, and Matt Scassero, LMd ‘07 for their leadership in coordinating our planning process. And sincere thanks to everyone who had a hand in developing this exciting plan. Our Path to 2030 will be available soon on the LSM website. Questions?
