The Class of 2020 began their Executive Program journey on September 9 and 10 at Chesapeake Beach Resort & Spa.  Honorary Founding Member and facilitator, Eliot Pfanstiehl led the group through various activities to lay the groundwork for the year.  The class members also received an economic overview from renowned economist Anirban Basu, asked questions of the commissioner presidents from all three Southern Maryland counties, and selected their nonprofit projects which will be completed prior to graduation in May, 2020.

Nominations are still being accepted for LSM's inaugural emerging leaders program, LEAP! The first class will be made up entirely of candidates who have been nominated by LSM board members, council members, and Executive Program grads. 

The program kicks off in January but applications are due by September 30th so don't delay.  Send your nominee's name, email address, job position and employer to info@leadershipsomd.org as soon as possible to give candidates adequate time apply.
