Congratulations, LEAP Class of 2025! |
Family, friends, and colleagues joined LSM in celebrating the LSM Emerging Leaders Program (LEAP) Class of 2025 at their graduation ceremony on June 20 at the Sgt. Major Robert V. Sluss Memorial Hall in Charlotte Hall. The 23-member class completed a six-month program cultivating and refining their leadership acumen and exploring issues of concern to Southern Maryland.
The ceremony featured inspiring reflections by class speaker Renee Smith, Foreign Disclosure Manager & Export Compliance Officer, John H. Northrop & Associates, Inc. The class elected Smith to represent them, citing her professionalism, encouragement of others, and exemplary servant leadership. Class members shared thoughts about their LEAP 2025 experience in a video produced by class members Lee Ann Stone (Lead Video Producer, Charles County Government) and Logan Nagle (Owner & President, Logan Nagle Video). |
