12@12: Diversity in the Region – Women in the Workplace

This will be a rare and wonderful opportunity to have a rich and engaging conversation about the role of women (and men) in the workplace. The open discussion will be facilitated by class of 16 graduates Michelle Reeves and Carrie Plymire. There will be a short presentation based on Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean in to provide a starting point for the conversation. Topics expected to arise are hidden bias, unpacking the percentage of men and women in the workplace and the boardroom, strategies for encouraging more diversity in the office and sharing stories of success and failure.  Price includes lunch.
