We are raising $7500 to establish the John E. Felicitas Memorial Sponsorship, which will provide scholarships for educators and for professionals from industry sectors not well represented in Leadership Southern Maryland. It will also support programming related to subjects of deep importance to John, such as the Teen Leadership Academy we hope to reestablish in summer 2026. Additionally, LSM seeks support to make our Executive Program and Emerging Leaders Program (LEAP) accessible for talented professionals in nonprofit organizations and small businesses that lack resources to support professional development.
