Executive Program
Emerging Leaders (LEAP) Program
For the best and brightest new talent, our Emerging Leaders Program (LEAP), is a six-month immersive experience that provides career and leadership development for early- to mid-career professionals in Southern Maryland. Our goal? To help emerging leaders expand their teamwork skills while creating meaningful connections with a powerful network of distinguished trailblazers.
Teen Leadership Academy
LSM’s 2026 Teen Leadership Academy presented by Stella’s Girls, Incorporated empowers up to 15 youth ages 13–18 from Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties to become active community leaders through hands-on learning, intergenerational mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving. Students explore local community issues; develop innovative solutions to problems, challenges, opportunities they identify; and present their ideas to a panel of regional leaders. Program Dates: July 27-31, 2026.
