At Girls on the Run of the Greater Chesapeake our mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

What Your Gift Will Do:

When you support Girls on the Run of the Greater Chesapeake, you’ll provide access to positive, after- school programming that helps her unleash her limitless potential. You can give her a place where she feels accepted and understood, a place where she can connect with her peers, gain confidence, and discover her power and potential. A place where she belongs.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Our volunteers’ passion and commitment to the Girls on the Run mission and vision help us empower girls every season. Our volunteer opportunites include becoming a Girls on the Run coach, volunteering at the end-of-season 5K celebration, group volunteer opportunities, and skill- and project-based opportunities.
