This special LEAP Information for Employers provides managers, supervisors, and owners a more complete understanding of the LSM Emerging Leaders Program (LEAP) and its value to organizations and to the Southern Maryland region.  LEAP alumni and Leadership Southern Maryland board members describe the program’s impact and answer questions.
