What kind of education does America owe to our children? In diagnosing the current practices and priorities of American education, Dr. David Steiner, Executive Director of the Johns Hopkins Institute for Education Policy,  presupposes a collective public interest in creating a well-educated next generation. What should well-educated future citizens learn in school?
