What Your Gift Will Do:

This Holiday Season, we are grateful for celebrating 25 years of providing services in excellence to our community members with differing abilities. We are also bracing for the challenges that are ahead of us and need your help to keep SMCIL strong and able to continue providing Advocacy, Information & Referral, Independent Living Skills Training, Peer Mentoring, and Transition Services to people with differing abilities, seniors and our veterans! Help us continue to support our Disabled Veterans, Transitioning Youth with disabilities, and seniors in need of home modification and equipment that will allow them to stay at home and preserve their independence and safety.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteer on SMCIL’s Board of Directors! We are looking for community members with disabilities who are open to serve as role models and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those living with differing abilities. Volunteer Grant Writers. Please consider giving some of your time and expertise to research and write grants for an organization that empowers the independence of those with differing abilities.
