In order to be considered by the Selection Committee, you must agree to the following:

I understand that completing this application does not guarantee my acceptance into Leadership Southern Maryland's Executive Program. I have looked over this application and have answered all questions truthfully and honestly to the best of my ability. I understand that the application fee is non-refundable (except for 501(c)3 nonprofit and small business leaders selected for the program). If I am selected for the program and choose to withdraw for any reason, I understand that I must do so before August 15 or be invoiced $500. If I withdraw after the start of the program, I understand that my tuition is non-refundable.
